Rich Berberian wins 49th PGA Professionals Championship
Huge congrats to TaylorMade-adidas Golf staffer Rich Berberian on lifting the Walter Hagen Cup by winning the 49th PGA Professionals Championship from Turning Stone Resort, Verona, NY.
Rich, a 28yr old assistant professional from Windham Country Club in Derry, N.H., shot a final round 69 to finish on -11 for a 72 hole score of 277. He certainly had an entertaining back nine (see his final round scorecard below), but managed to hole a 33ft putt on the last green to the secure the title and a trip to Baltusrol next month for the 2016 PGA Championship.
